CCSE FCU is excited to announce that we are upgrading to a new computer system on Tuesday, June 1st, 2021.
On Monday, 5/31, we will be open until 3pm at the Salamanca Branch, Drive Thru only. Our offices will be closed on Tues. June 1st. We will open at 12PM on Wednesday, June 2nd. Please read below for more information.
What this means for you
We will have most deposits, including Social Security and Teacher’s retirement deposits, available on Friday, 5/28. On Monday, 5/31, we will be open at the Salamanca Drive thru only, until 3PM and will also process other deposits that are available that time. We will be closed on Tuesday, June 1st. We will open at 12PM on Wednesday, June 2nd.

For the best online experience, we recommend downloading and using our new app when it becomes available on June 3rd!
Online Banking will be available until Monday, May 31st. It will be back online with a new look AND new features on Wednesday, June 3rd. We will be open on June 2nd, to handle any transfers and balance inquiries. Your login and password information will not change. If you have your username and password saved online, you will want to write it down to log into the new site. Print out any statements and history that you may need or ask the office for that information. We will be closed on Tuesday, June 1st.
Our current Mobile Banking App will be taken down on Monday, May 31st. Our new Mobile App will be available at the Apple Store and Google Play on Wednesday, June 3rd. You will have to download the new mobile app to access all the new features!
Any member that currently uses Remote Deposit Capture will have to download the new mobile app on June 3rd on the Apple Store or Google Play. We encourage ALL members that don’t use Remote Deposit to sign up!!
Debit Cards will be available during conversion.
Improving Service for OUR members
Upgrading our computer systems will allow us to use new technology that will enable us to expand our services and improve processing to more effectively serve our members. While the majority of the changes will affect our internal systems, members will notice differences in online and mobile banking and a new look to the monthly statements.

Your personal data and account information will be kept secure and private. The conversion process will not compromise the security of your information in any way. Remember, your funds are federally insured by NCUA up to $250,000.
