CCSE Pandemic Preparedness

Effective 3/16/2020, for the safety of our staff and our members, CCSE Federal Credit Union will suspend lobby operations until further notice. The drive thru WILL BE open during normal business hours, and our ATM’s will be available at anytime. Please contact us at 716-945-5340 (regular hours) with any questions.

With the growing concerns surrounding the coronavirus, CCSE Federal Credit Union assures our members that we are monitoring the situation as it develops. The safety of our staff and members is our top priority. We have taken a number of measures to insure this:

Safety Standards

CCSE remains a safe environment and follows the health standards set forth by the government. We have hand sanitizer at each station and we disinfect high traffic areas throughout the day as well as weekly disinfecting of the offices.

Proactive Response

CCSE has plans in place to remain open and available for you, our members. We have Drive Thru Windows at both facilities as well as remote access to key computer operations allowing the credit union to remain running. Our ATM machines are always up and running. Our goal is to maintain a safe working environment while continuing to serve our members.

CCSE has a number of remote services to connect to us at anytime:

  • 24/7 ATM’s at both branch locations
  • Remote Deposit Capture
  • 24/7 Online banking access
